Public beta with optional paid membership: One-set access and the seven-day trial remain free. Monthly and annual Pokémon membership are available through Stripe Checkout. Founder membership is not yet on sale.

Service

Cardography is an independent collector index and collection-management service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or produced by Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, Game Freak, Creatures, Wizards of the Coast, or the Pokemon TCG.

Beta Access

Free beta accounts can track owned and wanted cards, basic quantities, and completion within one chosen set, with CSV export.
The full trial lasts seven days, starts when the account first adds or imports a card, requires no payment card, does not renew automatically, and is available once per account.
When the trial ends, the chosen free set and CSV export remain available. The chosen free set cannot currently be changed.
The free trial never converts automatically to a paid plan; purchasing a subscription requires a separate Checkout action.

Paid Pokémon Membership

Monthly and annual subscriptions provide full Pokémon collection-workspace access. The price in GBP and billing interval are shown on the Membership page and again before payment in Stripe Checkout. Cardography Ltd is not VAT-registered, so VAT is not added. Subscriptions renew at the same interval until cancelled. Founder membership is a planned one-time, five-year plan and is not yet on sale.

Stripe processes card payments; Cardography stores payment references and membership status but not full card numbers. Access starts after Stripe confirms the payment. Payment or billing problems can be reported to contact@cardography.co.uk.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancel a subscription through the Account billing portal or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues to the end of the period already paid for. You can request a full refund within 14 days of each payment, including a renewal, by emailing us from your account address. A refund request also stops future renewals. Your statutory rights are not limited by this policy. See Refunds and Cancellation for the full process.

Referrals

Referral rewards, where available, are subject to the published payment hold and fraud review. Refunds, disputes and abuse can void rewards.

Collector Data

Market values, completion percentages, card data, images, and imports are provided as collector reference tools. Values are not appraisals, financial advice, or guaranteed sale prices.

Acceptable Use

Do not scrape, resell, overload, reverse engineer, or use the service in a way that infringes third-party rights or disrupts other users.

Third-Party Rights

Card names, set names, artwork, images, trade marks, and source data may belong to third parties. They are used descriptively for collector identification. Rights holders can request review or removal via the takedown process.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the beta develops. Material changes to paid access will be published before they apply to future purchases or renewals.
