You share your Pokémon link. A new collector creates an account and later purchases a paid Pokémon membership. The payment provider confirms the payment, the reward waits 7 days, and then 7 Pokémon access days are added to your account.

| Payment hold | Payment is confirmed; the reward waits 7 days for refund and fraud checks. |
| Needs review | A possible self-referral, matching email alias, shared payment account or disposable email requires admin review. |
| Held during UAT | The reward is safely retained while the referrer has £0 UAT access. |
| Awarded | The Pokémon access days have been added to the referrer's account. |
| Reversed | A refund, chargeback, dispute or confirmed abuse removed the reward. |
| Void | An administrator rejected the reward before it was released. |
Qualifying rewards continue to count, but the days stay held while UAT already provides full access. They are released to the correct collection when the account returns to Standard.

Yes. Refunds, disputes, chargebacks, self-referrals, duplicate-account abuse and other manipulation can void or reverse a reward.
