Refunds and Cancellation

Plans

• Seven-day trial: free, once per account, beginning with the first added or imported card.
• Monthly plan: £3/month, renewing until cancelled.
• Annual plan: £30/year, renewing until cancelled.
• Founder Membership: £75 for five years; one payment with no renewal.

Cancellation

Subscribers can cancel online through the Stripe billing portal from the Account page once Stripe is configured. You can also contact contact@cardography.co.uk.

Cooling-Off and Digital Access

UK consumers may have cancellation rights for distance contracts. Because Cardography provides immediate digital/service access after checkout, the checkout and terms should clearly ask users to consent to immediate access and acknowledge how this affects cancellation/refund rights before taking live payments.

Founder Membership

Founder Membership is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. It ends five years after activation unless renewed or extended.

Refund Requests

Refunds are reviewed case by case. If paid access fails because of a technical issue, contact support with your account email, payment date, and issue details.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, paid access may pause or end after Stripe reports the failed or cancelled status.
